Composite Hull & Chassis
100% Carbon-fiber materials
Our platforms use advanced carbon-fiber composites, ensuring maximum strength while remaining lightweight. Each vessel includes sealed internal compartments for safety, serviceability, and redundancy.
Our hulls feature a reinforced frame with integrated aluminum components — providing enhanced rigidity and long-term structural durability.
SUBMERSIBLE BRACKETS
The modular structure is designed around a rail-based mounting framework, allowing quick integration of sensors, payloads, and mission-specific equipment without compromising rigidity.
Key Capabilities:
• Sonar Systems:
- Side-scan and multibeam sonars for high-resolution seabed mapping
- Real-time imaging for navigation and obstacle detection
- Depth profiling to support bathymetric and hydrographic surveys
• Environmental Sensors:
- Water quality probes for measuring water quality
- Pollution detection modules for identifying oil spills, chemical leaks, or harmful algae

► Crane-compatible lift points for simplified handling and deployment
► 3rd-party installation ready: designed with standardized mounting interfaces for easy integration of external equipment.
Viper 270 - Bridges
Our USVs feature modular and custom-engineered deck superstructures, configurable in shape and height and can be installed anywhere on the deck to integrate diverse mission payloads—from advanced communications (4G/5G, SATCOM) to sophisticated sensor suites (lidar, radar, gimbals)
Two-floor Bridge - Multi-Sensor & Communication Expansion
The Two-floor Bridge consists of two stacked 20 cm modules, forming a completely modular multi-level platform. Each deck is independently configurable, allowing any combination of computers, power systems, antennas, sensors, or controllers to be mounted on either level without predefined placement.
The structure supports maximum modularity: each deck can function individually as a standalone bridge or combine with the other to create a unified two-level system with shared power, data.
With its open configuration, the Two Deck Bridge provides unmatched adaptability for rapid reconfiguration, equipment swapping, and scalable system growth.
SATCOM Bridge (High / Low) – Dedicated Satellite Communication Platform
Purpose-built for satellite communication terminals, the SATCOM bridge ensures stable, vibration-resistant operation even in high-motion environments. The structure integrates reinforced anchor points, specialized cable paths, and interfaces between the antenna mount and the base frame.
- The High configuration provides elevated line-of-sight clearance for large-aperture dishes and broadband SATCOM units.
- The Low configuration reduces wind profile and center of gravity, ideal for compact satellite terminals or regional links.
The SATCOM bridge transforms the vessel into a mobile connectivity hub, supporting real-time telemetry, encrypted uplinks, or command-and control applications.
20 cm Bridge - Compact Electronics & Gimbal Platform
The 20 cm bridge is the foundation of the rail modular system.
It provides a low-profile yet highly capable platform for stabilized gimbal cameras, small sensors, and embedded electronics. The integrated electronics compartment includes water sealed stainless-steel cable glands, pre-wired junction access, and mounting interfaces for industrial or hardened computers, telemetry units, or network switches. Designed for versatility, the 20 cm bridge can be installed in a standard or inverted orientation.
Its compact geometry makes it ideal for lightweight payloads, reconnaissance kits, or early prototype system testing, while maintaining marine-grade protection against spray and
vibration.
Custom & Tailor-Made Bridges - Fully Adaptable to Mission Needs
Every rail platform supports custom bridge development, allowing clients to specify form factor, height, and functionality beyond the standard lineup. Custom options include:
- Custom -height frames for large satellite terminals or radar domes.
- Specialized interfaces for security, scientific, or industrial equipment.
It is possible to modify any existing design or create a fully new bridge to host proprietary sensors, communication suites, or computing clusters.
Low Cost
Power & Energy
Sealed, quick-swap, off the shelf Li-Po battery cases with aviation connectors, aluminum XT-90 sockets, and per-battery voltage displays. Optional parallel charging station charges up to 2 cases simultaneously.
DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
Hoisting
For the larger Viper 270, a dual-person lift configuration is available. The protective handle assembly can be used by two operators to hoist the vessel safely, the Protective “V-shape” lift handle shields jet drives and mates to chassis supports for safe hoisting.
Slipway
The Viper’s dedicated mobile protective slipway cart that includes waterproofed shock absorbing wheels for carrying the USV in rough conditions while protecting all USV components. is built to support its weight and length, featuring adjustable angle release and locking brakes for safety during launch and retrieval.
Docking
The Viper 270 features a docking station interface, two connected shock absorbing Aluminum bars for supporting the USV while parking
4 Point Lift crane
Equipped with heavy-duty anchoring points that are intertwined with the chassis, the Viper 270 can be lifted using a standard crane. An optional stabilization attachment can be attached to prevent swing and rotation during aerial handling.
IP-69 Multipurpose Payload Release
Our USV's can support up to 2/4 payload releases from Ground Control station or via remote control This option requires a modular bridge.
Rollover Configuration & Stability
Our vessels are engineered with a self-righting rollover configuration that ensures maximum reliability and safety in demanding marine conditions. This system combines hull geometry, hatch form, and balance buoys to guarantee that the platform automatically returns to an upright position after capsizing.
Hatch Form Geometry
The hatch is designed with a low-drag, asymmetrical shape that naturally guides the vessel back to its upright orientation. Internal compartments remain sealed and protected, preventing water ingress during rollover events.
Balance Buoys
Strategically placed side buoys act as stabilizers, shifting the center of buoyancy This passive balancing system eliminates the need for active mechanisms, reducing complexity and maintenance.
Reliable Performance
Automatic self-righting capability increases mission survivability in rough seas. Tested for both unmanned and autonomous operations, minimizing downtime and operational risks. Works seamlessly with modular deck rails and bridges, preserving flexibility for add ons.
