Geometry
Composite Hull & Chassis
The Maven 210’s structure is engineered for strength, durability, and efficiency. Dual carbon-fiber hulls joined by precision aluminum beams provide exceptional rigidity while minimizing weight. All flat panels are constructed from reinforced honeycomb-core composites, ensuring an optimal strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance.
Modular Beam System
The Maven 210 is built on a fully modular Beam system that enables effortless mission reconfiguration. Payloads, electronics, and add-ons can be mounted, replaced, or repositioned anywhere along the rails, maintaining balance and watertight integrity. Front and rear mounting areas provide dedicated points for cameras, sensors, or navigation lights, allowing both forward-view and under-deck installations for complete situational awareness.
PROPULSION
► All Electric, Twin Hydro Jet Engines
► Reverse Bucket (optional)
► Hard Anodized impellers ss304
► 2x independent Water cooling channels for Motor & ESC

Electronic Boxes
electronic boxes can be positioned anywhere along the rail and beam system, offering flexible setup and easy reconfiguration. Available in four sizes - Short-Deep, Long-Deep, Long-Slim, and Short-Slim for 3rd party installations and connections for addons
Maven 210 - Bridges
Our USVs feature modular and custom-engineered deck superstructures, configurable in shape and height and can be installed anywhere on the deck to integrate diverse mission payloads—from advanced communications (4G/5G, SATCOM) to sophisticated sensor suites (lidar, radar, gimbals)
Two-floor Bridge - Multi-Sensor & Computing Expansion
The Two-floor Bridge consists of two stacked 20 cm modules, forming a completely modular multi-level platform. Each deck is independently configurable, allowing any combination of computers, power systems, antennas, sensors, or controllers to be mounted on either level without predefined placement.
The structure supports maximum modularity: each deck can function individually as a standalone bridge or combine with the other to create a unified two-level system with shared power, data.
With its open configuration, the Two Deck Bridge provides unmatched adaptability for rapid reconfiguration, equipment swapping, and scalable system growth.
SATCOM Bridge (High / Low) – Dedicated Satellite Communication Platform
Purpose-built for satellite communication terminals, the SATCOM bridge ensures stable, vibration-resistant operation even in high-motion environments. The structure integrates reinforced anchor points, specialized cable paths, and interfaces between the antenna mount and the base frame.
- The High configuration provides elevated line-of-sight clearance for large-aperture dishes and broadband SATCOM units.
- The Low configuration reduces wind profile and center of gravity, ideal for compact satellite terminals or regional links.
The SATCOM bridge transforms the vessel into a mobile connectivity hub, supporting real-time telemetry, encrypted uplinks, or command-and control applications.
Custom & Tailor-Made Bridges - Fully Adaptable to Mission Needs
Every rail platform supports custom bridge development, allowing clients to specify form factor, height, and functionality beyond the standard lineup. Custom options include:
- Custom -height frames for large satellite terminals or radar domes.
- Specialized interfaces for security, scientific, or industrial equipment.
It is possible to modify any existing design or create a fully new bridge to host proprietary sensors, communication suites, or computing clusters.
AUTONOMY & CONTROL
► Autonomy: Flight controller + GPS (Pixhawk/Cube Orange+, Mission Planner/QGC)
► Handheld RC: 2.4 GHz (FrSky X-Lite Pro) basic telemetry (1–4 km variants)
► Mobile HD GCS: HereLink / Skydroid H16/H30 / SIYI
MK32/UNIRC7 - (range up to 15 km with directional antenna)
► Optional 900Mhz telemetry (range up to 15 km with directional antenna)
► Backhaul: Dual-SIM modem options (RUT-956 / Archer MR600)
► Onboard computer: Raspberry Pi / Jetson / i5 Mini PC
Multipurpose Winch
A robust, modular winch
Made for lifting or submerging payloads with precision control. It features interchangeable spool wheels, IP68-rated electronics housing, and optional Wi-Fi coaxial data transmission to the payload. The Maven-specific version mounts centrally along the beam for perfect balance and can connect directly to the onboard control network.
Modular Immersion Bracket
precision-engineered deployment unit
Made for sonars and submersible sensors. Waterproof linear actuators (51 – 914 mm stroke) allow on-command immersion with vibration-reduced support rails. The Maven 210 version is optimized for its twin-hull geometry and electronic layout, enabling dynamic cable management and seamless sensor operation.
Hatches & Deck Access
Two carbon-fiber hatches per Hull ensure water tight access to key internal systems. The rear hatch provides jet-drive maintenance access, while the forward hatch protects the battery compartment.
Low Cost
Power & Energy
Designed for endurance and ease of use, each hull contains a waterproof battery compartment. Every compartment supports 2 – 3 Li-Po 22 Ah batteries. Voltage displays and XT-90 sockets simplify field checks and maintenance. charging station allows simultaneous charging of up to 8 batteries using modified cradle mounts for fast turnaround between missions.
Multipurpose Payload Release
Our USV's can support up to 2/4 payload releases from Ground Control station or via remote control This option requires a modular bridge.
DEPLOYMENT OPTIONS
Towing
For the larger Maven 210, a dual-person lift configuration is available. The protective handle assembly can be used by two operators to hoist the vessel safely, the Protective “V-shape” lift handle shields jet drives and mates to chassis supports for safe hoisting.
Docking
The Maven 210 features a docking station interface, two connected shock absorbing Aluminum bars for supporting the USV while parking
1 point Lift crane
Equipped with heavy-duty anchoring points that are intertwined with the chassis, the Maven 210 can be lifted using a standard crane. An optional stabilization attachment can be attached to prevent swing and rotation during aerial handling.
