Note regarding Sales: These Terms govern your use of the website only. The purchase of any Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) platforms, components, or services is explicitly governed by a separate, formal General Terms and Conditions of Sale agreement executed between Contego and the purchasing entity.


2. Eligibility and Export Compliance

The Site is intended solely for professional and commercial users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Furthermore, Contego's technologies are subject to international export control laws and regulations. You agree that you will not access, download, or use any Content from the Site in violation of the export control laws of Israel, the United States, or the European Union, including restrictions against accessing the Site from embargoed or sanctioned countries.

3. Website Content and Accuracy Disclaimer

  • A. General Information Only: The content provided on this Site—including information about USV features, specifications, customizations, history, and team—is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be relied upon as the sole basis for making technical, financial, or purchasing decisions. Contego does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

Product Specifications: While we strive to be accurate, specifications and descriptions of products (including the HYDRA jet, hulls, and modularity features) are subject to change without notice. You must consult official documentation, technical datasheets, and a written quotation from a Contego representative for precise product details before making any purchase decisions.
  • C. Multipurpose Applications and End-Use Disclaimer: Contego USV platforms are designed as highly modular, multipurpose vessels suitable for a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from deep defense and security to environmental monitoring and commercial research. However, the depiction, description, or marketing of any specific application on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or legal authorization for such use in your specific jurisdiction. Providing these platforms to diverse industries requires strict adherence to international laws. All commercial transactions are subject to rigorous end-user verification and export compliance checks. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing entity to ensure their intended use of Contego platforms complies with all applicable local, national, and international regulations, including military and dual-use export controls.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Strict Prohibition of Theft

  • A. Complete Ownership: All content, architecture, and visual assets on the Site are the exclusive property of C.T.G. Robotics Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to:
  • All photographic images, 3D CAD renderings, and video footage.
  • Proprietary typography, web fonts, and underlying source code.
  • Text, product descriptions, whitepapers, and datasheets.
  • Company logos, branding, and product designs.
  • B. Zero-Tolerance for IP Theft: You are explicitly prohibited from downloading, scraping, mirroring, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any photos, videos, or fonts from this Site. C.T.G. Robotics Ltd. actively monitors for digital theft and will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights, including issuing immediate DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers and pursuing legal damages to the fullest extent of the law. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Content without express written permission from us.
  • C. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Contego and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.


11. General Provisions

  • Amendments: Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
